I am a software consultant. I think it is fun to share the Behind the Scenes process of building custom software.
Just to see where Resalient CRM was at in its SEO journey, I tested it's Social Media in Bing's SEO checking tool. None of these are a deal breaker. In fact, writing this article will take more time than fixing these.
"Negative feedback" is an opportunity to achieve excellence. As solution providers, we must seek both the "attaboys" for what is working well but also the criticism for what has missed the mark.
Our Motivation should be to increase the accessibilty of our programs. Negative feedback is one of the best places to find out where we can be part of helping our customers achieve greater success through the tools we are writing.
If we only do what is safe or feels good, we may avoid direct criticism without ever providing a useful result to those depending on us.
